It follows a group of military superhumans consisting of a human leader, a werewolf, a vampire, a Frankenstein’s monster, and a gorgon. James Gunn greenlit the project himself when he was the CEO of DC Studios before he took over the ‘CREATURE COMMANDOS’. Writer and series creator James Gunn is seen writing a script with a laptop in the opening credits. .

Only 3 episodes in and I’m already hooked

They’ve done a great job with the acting, voice acting, writing, and even the music. Not only are they great songs, but they fit and enhance the story.

I think it’s a good way to start

In the few episodes I’ve watched, the characters have already developed depth and personality. Right now, they’re emphasizing the main plot by telling each character’s backstory, which will further their development as a team and as individuals. Even if this happens, I don’t see how much progress the main plot makes. The series is full of comedic relief, but you can also feel like you’re connecting with the characters.
