Plot
Helen embarks on a passionate affair with a man who has no idea what her secret identity is. Caught in the crosshairs when her lover falls victim to London’s dangerous underworld, Helen’s employer calls on Sam to protect her. There is a scene where the characters talk about their favorite Christmas movies.
That’s probably because Keira Knightley stars in both
Featuring Graham Norton and guests: Cher/Keira Knightley/Michael Fassbender/Josh Brolin/Jaylon Ngonda (2024). Not sure what to make of this one. I devoured all six episodes in one day and really enjoyed most of them.
But there was something that didn’t fit
Anything involving Keira and Ben Whishaw will always be worth watching. The writers and producers/directors seemed indecisive about what the tone should be. Was it a pure action political thriller?
Still worth seeing though
Or was it some kind of action movie that mimicked John Wick with political undertones? It ended up being more or less the midpoint between the two. I think it would have been much better if he had moved away from the ridiculous John Wick stuff and tried to ground him a little more in the real world where there were possible consequences for actions taken.
