Christian Slater is older than James Remar was when Dexter first aired (2006)

I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by how much it felt like watching the old Dexter series. In the first season, Dexter often remembered a time from his past, and in the latest season, it’s like he’s returning to those scenes, only in an expanded form.
This is even more true of the latest series
And as dark and sad as the original series was, it was also full of black humor. I hope the whole series is as good as the first episode.
The acting is spot on
I almost freaked out when I saw a young Bautista, HA! And oh my god, don’t get me started on Deb!
